General Comments

Well, we too were offered a mortgage in principle, we paid our £425 for the valuation and opening up the correct account but two months down the line they have been stringing us along because they couldn't comprehend that my husband was an IT contractor, they kept thinking he owned million pound corporations!! We went though a broker who probably knew how to deal with them better than us and if he had problems then the normal person on the street has no chance! We have now gone with C&G who have been fantastic and actually are competent enought to deal to finance.

    why not try blaming your broker as they are the trained and qualified individual who provide IF with the information!!!
