Being new to buying CDs online I opted to go for 101cd.com because they had a good selection and seemed reasonably priced (but not as cheap as they think they are). I ordered 3 CDs, two of which were supposedly dispatched a day after I had ordered them. I could not believe that they had taken two weeks to arrive. I would have expected a week but in my opinion that is just ridiculously bad customer service. The third CD I ordered was 'On order with suppliers', which the site had stated could take between 4-10 days before they receive and dispatch it. It has now been nearly 4 weeks and the status has not changed. I found this unbelievable, and after contacting them they just said it was still on order, so I cancelled the order and went to a different site by where I received my CD within two days. I would definitely not use this site again and suggest people shop around before gambling on this site.
