General Comments
Cuisinox Elysee Cookware:
Awkward to stack the pans on top of each other, the lids don't seat neatly so slide around when another pan is placed on top. Both pan and lid handles HAVE to be handled with oven gloves if cooking for more than 10 mins. I cook with gas but am very careful to keep pan handle away from heat but to no avail.
