Bad Points

My pom was butchered. All her undercoat was stripped out and she was very badly trimmed. She looked like she'd been dragged through a hedge backwards! Did not do the nails nor were the ears or eyes cleaned. And after it all, emptied her dirty water on my lawn which killed the grass!

    After investigating, the customer in question is a rival mobile dog washing company. Please ignore.

    Customer is not a rival dog company the person in question was based in torquay and it was my mums dog that was butchered. It took months to grow back the undercoat and my mum was devastated. These people need proper training.
