General Comments
I have just left BTmobile after my 1 year contract is up. What a relief. Even that they didn't manage properly. When I phoned to get the code to transfer my number I was told they couldn't "action" it right away and they'd call back within the hour. They didn't. When it was eventually sorted they failed to let the number go at the time arranged and I had to chase them up again. It was a pain from the start. Took hours of phone calls over three or four days to set up WAP and SMS messaging and they never did what they said they would. In fact WAP connection never stayed up long enough to browse or download anything and text messages were forever going missing. They haven't of course realised I have left and are now texting me threatening to cut off the service I have already canned..... Just plain incompetence.
