Good Points
Beautiful rooms, lovely and spacious with excellent beds. The best maid service I have ever encountered! Staff friendly. Brilliant swimming pool.

Bad Points
Perhaps the resort is a bit tacky in my opinion, very english lots of kareoke bars....However 10 minute walk away is lovely beaches, posh hotels with gorgeous views and scenery.

General Comments
When we arrived, it was a warm welcome from the Costa Adeje, Fanabe Costa Sur with no problems. Straight into gorgeous room where we relaxed and unpacked. There were many older people, which was worrying as we are a young couple, however it was off-peak season, and it turned out that we enjoyed the atmosphere anyway. There were also many small families and the hotels entertainment programme gathered people for activities such as water polo, table tennis, shooting and football. There was also a kids club that was great for all the youngsters, yet didn't seem to intrude at all on the relaxation of the adults.
The pool was really nice, and the building work at the back of the hotel was not very noticeable at all. There were always plenty of sun beds, and drinks by the pool were at competitive prices.
The hotels food was really good, and catered for all! It was a buffet style, with the basic chips n steak, n then the more adventurous fish, lamb, pasta dishes, pork, and Spanish cuisine. Breakfast was also good. Generally we were v.pleased with our holiday, and felt there was little to complain about.
