General Comments

I bought one of the first 300d's in Scotland (Jessops in Glasgow) so that's almost two years ago. In that time it's been used, semi-professionally, for portraits, dog shows, cheque presentations and glamour shoots both in the UK and abroad, in studios and on location. I have made enlargements up to A3 (shot on RAW) and they look great! Yes, the build quality is not as good as my EOS 3 or 1n (er, obviously) but as long as you treat it with a bit of respect, it copes admirably.
The quality of the pictures is excellent (although I still shoot film for some personal projects - out of nostalgia, probably) Last year I submitted some pics taken on my 300d for possible inclusion in a book on glamour photography. I wasn't sure whether the quality would be up to standard for what they wanted. I needn't have worried.
