General Comments
HP have a name for quality flatbed scanners and the Scanjet 7450C is an exceptional model and probably the best on the market. I have just bought it so I can't comment yet on long term use. However it gives great resolution from photo negatives. It takes up more room than my previous Agfa Snapscan and is much faster even though I am using the USB interface. The SCSI option should provide an even faster tranfer rate.
