Good Points

Clean, tidy, freindly. Relaxed but always something to do.


Bad Points

Poor food quality/choice. No air conditioning available before 15th June.


General Comments

The Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki is a very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Swimming pool was great and rooms were very spacious. Staff were brilliant and willing to help with any query and the animation team kept us busy, day and night.

Food was poor for a four star hotel. There was little choice for children and was repetitive. Can only say that anyone who thinks any differently obviously doesn't eat out very often. Definitely recommend eating out at one of Faliraki's restaurants though and Orian's down the road does an excellent English breakfast!!

The only consolation for this was that we paid well below what everyone else had paid. So make dure you get a good deal.

There was no air conditioning available out of season but you can ask for fans. However these go quickly so get in early.

Rep's prices for excursions was ridiculously high so go to Sofia's across the road.

Take a trip to Rhodes on the locus bus. Picks up outside the hotel (times list available from reception) and drops you right next to Rhodes old town. Was only 1.70 euro's but rep's will charge 15.00 euro's!!!!

Would definitely go again.
