General Comments

Ingrid Grayling, Cumbria - When we moved to Lancashire 3 years ago we spent a lot of time looking for a suitable kennel for our Springer Spaniel Russ. Most kennels we visited offered poor value for money. Ten minutes exercise around a yard twice a day is not enough! Russ requires a lot of exercise and Ingrid makes sure that his requirements are met. In fact, she works hard to meet the individual needs of each kennelled dog and exercises them accordingly. Ingrid cares about the dogs left in her care and has a real empathy with them.

The kennels are always clean, heating is supplied if needed and the dogs are contented. Russ really does have a holiday when we do. Because Ingrid has trained him he is obedient and trustworthy. He is free to run without a lead and swims each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending these kennels to anyone and have forwarded Ingrid's leaflets to our local vet upon his request.

From our own experience we find it impossible to credit the negative comments written by the 'un-named' person. We find it difficult to believe they have ever visited Ingrid's kennels.
