General Comments
A former hair dresser over-processed my hair a while back. As a result, it became very brittle, especially at the ends. Rather than hack all of my hair off, I decided to wait it out. I've tried countless deep conditioning treatments that boast "better hair within minutes". None of them have worked. Then, I read an article rating the top beauty products of 2004. The winner for best deep conditioning treatment: The Body Shop Brazil Nut Moisture Mask. I figured what the heck? So I went online and made my purchase. It came nicely packaged within 2 days. I immediately gave it a try. The directions tell you to leave it on for anywhere from 15 minutes to overnight, depending on the degree of damage. I opted for the overnight treatment. What I ended up with was hair that not only looked a great deal healthier, but felt so soft and the best part...no more tangles! This stuff really is the best! The only minus, it's very purfumey...and if you don't like the smell, it may give you a headache. My advice, post-treatment...make sure that you scrub with shampoo, thoroughly!
