Yorkshire Bank have recredited my account by the full amount of the fraudulent transaction whilst the crime is being investigated.
Unfortunately, with Yorkshire Bank, you have to register for Telephone Banking before you can apply for Internet Banking - something that I have always thought was completely unnecessary.
Yorkshire Bank Current Account: I recently had several thousand pounds taken from my account via telephone banking - a service that I do not use because I do not believe it to be secure.
Yorkshire Bank are currently investigating the crime internally.
