Good Points

Get it if size isn't a problem.
If it is get a smaller player.

Otherwise 10/10

Had it for a year and no problems.

Bad Points

ITS SO BIG! It is slightly too big to fit nicely in the jean pocket which is irrtating but it can be forced in. But if you dont need 40gigs the 20 gig version is slimmer.

The remote is perfect apart from a small glitch that makes it make clicking noises through the headphones rendering it useless


General Comments

iRiver iHP-140 is a Perfect6 in every way...

More than enough memory for any music lover I have well over 300 albums on it and its so easy to navigate and the battery lasts about 14 hours... dont believe what ipod users tell you they all die in a couple of hours unlike the iriver. I dont need the radio because It holds all my music but its handy for listening to the cops hehehe cos it has no signal limiter. Oh and it comes up on your computer just like any other hard drive and uses the windows file navigation system on the iriver gui.
