Stylish looks, logical menus, sound quality good.
Poor headphones & controller, weak software package.
I have had my Sony MZ-N710 for 18 months and it has now packed up. The controller became erratic after only a couple of weeks. Headphones were replaced after 6 mths. I won't be buying another. Sound quality has always been good at LP2 speed, anything above that and it's pretty dodgy. Volume levels are woefully low. I don't want to be nannied by Sony.
