The continuous good storylines and make up effects.
Some of the acting (at times) can be a little poor.
Casualty follows the everyday life of Charlie Fairhead and his team at Holby City Accident and Emergency Department, as they deal with patients, relatives and the NHS. It has been running for nearly twenty years now and there has been a lot of different faces passing through the doors of Holby. The effects and make up are very realistic, and they really pull out the stops to tackle gritty, up to date and true to life storylines. There is a fine line as to where the acting stops, and reality begins.
