Good Points

Thier Linux servers seem to be pretty stable and once set up, work pretty reliably.


Bad Points

Thier internal management is deplorable. Thier customer support personnel do not have the authority it takes to fix issues.


General Comments

If unreliability and poor customer service is what you are looking for, Advanced Internet Technologies (www.aitcom.net) is the place to go!

In the last 3 months, our Windows site has been hijacked, there have been 2 different sets of virus infections. They did not have back ups available to resotr the infected files. ALL of thei back-ups were infected as well.

They have repeatedly made DNS errors that bring my site down and expect me to wait hours until the issue gets elevated to the proper personnel to fix it.

I have hosted with AIT for more than 5 years. I have written complaints to a number of people there including the president Clarence Briggs and have yet to get a single response from a human being. Horrible, horrible company!!!
