Comprehensive and user friendly even for beginners like me.
Does a pretty good job.
Lack of one on one technical support when experiencing minor problems.
Uninstall problems.
Even for a beginner like me Norton AntiVirus is user friendly and easily configured.
It does its job.
The only drawback for me is that you cannot send email directly to their technical support.
