Good Points

Large capacity. Click wheel is amazing, games are good, sound quality is exceptional.


Bad Points

Overly expensive, most break, the battery's life is appauling even when working as normal. Just had to send mine off back to apple to the Netherlands(?!)due to a misfunctional battery and the iPod resetting when turned on, and screen scratches easily. Apple customer services and 'technical' helpline is a joke.


General Comments

The Apple iPod is very good when working, but if you get a faulty one, be prepared to send back. If you do buy one make sure you get from a reliable source where you can get money back or sent off to apple. My review may sound negative, and I assure you the iPod is the best, but the bad features are a tad annoying. If I had the choice again, I would still buy one, but the competition does seem to become more interesting.
