General Comments

I purchased a mobile phone battery from Flatbatt. The wrong battery was delivered within a few days, however all attempts to get the ordered battery have failed. The wrongly supplied battery was returned to them and despite post office proof of delivery the company insists they have not recieved the goods and will do no more. This company is difficult to contact and is customer unfriendly.

    i too am having serious trouble with flatbatt, i ordered a phone battery 2 weeks ago. now when i was considering ordering the battery, i was sending them emails for a few days beforehand, you know checking did they have it in stock, and that sort of thing , they answered the emails really quickly. i placed the order and was very impressed when my package arrived the very next morning until i discovered it contained the wrong battery, i returned it with a note stating that if they didnt have the correct battery in stock, just to refund my credit card. that was 2 weeks ago, and so far no replacement battery, and no refund, i have emailed them every day but so far they have not answered 1 single email. i dont think im going to see my battery or the refund. please take head and dont waste your money on this company. i wish i had read all these reviews before i ordered from them !!!!!!!!!!!
