Bad Points
Very bad customer service.
General Comments
The customer service is so bad that any good offers will seem lost when you ring them for anything to do with the phone. Average call waiting time is about 40mins before you get through to the operator, then if you need to be transferred to another dept, expect another delay of anything between 10-30 mins. On top of all that they will just cut you off so you start all over again. I have spent on one occasion 5 hours trying to talk to a BT representative. DONT BUY BT MOBILE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
