The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly. The food was of a very high standard, and worth every penny paid for it.

General Comments
I could not fault Umberto's Chalice, it's a friendly restaurant, the food was excellent and the service was second to none. This is probably one of the best places I've ever been to eat; the starters were very well prepared and served. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were worth paying extra for, we was not rushed through our meal, and was left to sit and relax after we'd eaten. the staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. defiantly recommended to anyone who enjoys good food, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
