I tried hard, but I can't find them.
Bad Points
Bad/poor service. They do not care about there customers. Customers have to carry there mistakes.
General Comments
Every time I need service to do something, nothing works. I made a transaction of 690.00 pounds to my German account by telephone banking. All details I gave were correct. They forgot the last number of the IBAN. Now the money has disappeared. They started to investigate 4 days after I had told them the details were wrong. They don't care about me getting in trouble because I can't pay anything in Germany. This will take weeks, actually I don't believe I'll get my money back this month.
I also have been trying to open a ISA savers account for two weeks. Every one of the staff tells me different rules. Last week I called because of my proof of address. The guy said I could fax it to the number on the letter, one week later I get a letter thanking me for faxing it, but I must go to a branch with it. Before I was told my German ID card could not be used to prove my signature, so I drove 5 miles home to get my British passport. You can imagine how mad I got after reading the German ID would have been enough.
It is not the mistakes they make that are so bad. Everybody makes mistakes. It is the ignorance and arrogance that makes me sick. They do not bother what happens with their customers.
