Good Points

Although the service itself is very poor, customer support staff are knowledgable, skilled and helpful


Bad Points

Escalating charges on the sly eg £45.00 to transfer registrar


General Comments

I started using Easyspace more than 5 yrs ago when they were good value and most services (web forwarding etc)were free

Gradually charges were introduced, then escalated for any and all of these services.

I got my domains out - thankfully.

They now charge £45.00 "Administration Fee" just for transferring away from them.

I still receive invoices from them - although I have not had a Domain Name registered with them for more than a year.
