General Comments

24 rocks my world. Season 4 is in full swing over on Sky One and it's my favourite show on TV.

The program follows the Los Angeles Counter Terrorism Unit as they face a major terrorist threat. The show is based in real time so there are 24 episodes, all an hour long and we watch as the day unfolds. The main man at CTU is Jack Bauer played by Kiefer Sutherland, he has been in the show since Season One and is the star. Each season sees a variety of supporting characters come and go, only Tony Almeida (played by Carlos Bernard) and President David Palmer (Dennis Heysbert) have featured in every season along with Jack.

Jack is a lone wolf, rule breaker of a field agent who will stop at nothing to stop the terrorist movement.

The show is adept at building plots and building tension as well never being afraid to do something controversial or throw in a wicked plot twist.

Unmissable TV.
