Good Points

Pool is very clean and spacious. Food very good as long as you don't eat last minute otherwise food runs out and you'll be left with leftovers. Quite a variety of food. Activities during the day well organised from aqua gym to table tennis etc.Our son enjoyed it. Staff are brilliant.


Bad Points

A/c can't be used so we asked for a fan but we didn't get one. Entertainment very poor every single night and it finishes before 11pm. Alcohol drinks are not strong so don't expect to get merry or even drunk.


General Comments

All in all enjoyed the holiday. Sun Palace Hotel was not what I expected as it is advertised as 4A but we still made the most of it. Certainly would not give it more than 3 star and compared to other A/I the hotel needs to improve quite a bit especially on night entertainment.
