General Comments

De Dietrich DOD348 - We purchased a new dod348 oven in February 2005. On Tuesday, May 25th, 2005 the main oven fan stopped working and the light would not go out. After contacting the people who fitted this oven we were given a number to ring, an appointment was made 2 days hence. On Thursday a man turned up to repair our oven, he declared he has never seen or worked on a De Dietrich oven before, does not know how to repair or dismantle this oven but from the description of faults will sort something out (thinks it might be a circuit board problem). The following Tuesday after hearing nothing we rang again to be told that 2 parts were available now but one part would not be available until the middle of June and it could be early July before anyone could fix this oven.
