Good Points
Not too noisy.
Effective spiral cutting mechanism, which apparently doesn't need maintenance.

Bad Points
A little more expensive than the cheaper options.
A little heavy.

General Comments
I checked this website before buying a shredder and was impressed with the good reviews for other Bosch shredders so instead of goint for a cheaper option I forked out for this model and I have to say that I have been very pleased with the decision. Nearly everything shreds very effectively. If the wood is too dry it has to be coaxed in. If there are too many leaves, or if the stem/branch is too flimsy, it can fail to feed through, but this is easily solved by following up with a thicker branch. I've only had it for two weeks but I've nothing bad to say about it.
