Good Points

Beautiful ship, well laid out and spacious. Food was great. Staff very friendly. Princess is very well organized. We liked having a mini fridge. Bought beer ashore. Brought on board wine and champagne which Princess allows. You can buy hard liquor on borad for $22.00 for 40 oz. The cruise was wonderful and we had great weather. The scenery is fantastic. We saw lots of whales. Bring your binoculars and heavy jacket. Also bring your bathing suit. We were in the pool almost every day. The bars and lounges are very cozy and interesting.


Bad Points

Coffee is really tasteless. We bought a jar of instant to add flavour. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow. The lounge acts were boring at best. The shows were mediocre. The art auctions were laughable. They pump the shopping a little too much.


General Comments

Princess Cruises, Coral Princess - Overall I highly recommend this ship and the Alaska cruise. We found that 14 days was not too long but you can opt for 7 days and fly back.
