Comfortable seats


Bad Points

Bad tempered flight attendants and terrible customer services when something goes wrong.


General Comments

After being delayed nearly 24 hours by `a technical problem` we contacted Helios for compensation, they passed us back to the holiday company and the customer services person was very impolite. We have been told we are being dealt with from the headquarters in Cyprus and are still waiting 5 weeks after our holiday. Watch this space...
