Good Points

Very well situated, very clean, staff are very helpful and friendly, and food is good.


Bad Points

No fridges in rooms, and although on the web site, room facilities stated TV with Sky channels, but there are no TVs in the rooms. Also the room we were given was at the end of the hotel facing onto the main road and it was rather noisy with the traffic, and we had only one plug point which was situated behind the sideboard, with bare wires sticking out. We did report this to reception but there was no follw up.


General Comments

Astoria Playa is very well situated, close to all amenities. We have stayed at the Astoria Playa 7 times. The hotel can be quite noisy with the traffic sometimes. I feel also that the rooms desperately need a fridge. A TV would also add a more relaxing holiday, as some nights we would have liked to have stayed in our room and relaxed.
