Good Points
Absolutely none!

Bad Points
Overcharged me.... ignored my complaint for years... eventually admitted overcharging me but told me I wasn't due a fill refund because THEY HAD NO NOTES OF MY COMPLAINING! I eventually got The Sun Newspaper to expose them on Friday 27th may...clearly didn't like bad publicity because now they are sending me cheeky letters more or less asking what I'm moaning about.

General Comments
In my experience I can only compare Scottish Power to Dick Turpin... at least he had the sense to wear a mask when he was robbing people!....and as for writing to their MD.. you'd be better off writing to Willie Wonka!
