Has pistol grip stock. Very steady once aimed on target. Synthetic all weather stock. It has a 25-27 shot clip depending on pellets used..177 pellets. Easy to hit a bulls-eye with.
Heavy. Front post sight is wide. Only wadcutters can be used in the clip.
I have gone target shooting with the Gamo Gamatic for one year now and have put around 5000 pellets through it and it works very well. The 27 shot clip on it gives it the edge over many other pellet guns. It has enough power to take down a pidgeon or morning dove and has more than enogh for target shooting. I would strongly recomend this gun to shooters although they might have some trouble finding one because it is an older model. I find it to be on the heavy side when in the standing position, but that all goes away when in the kneeling or prone position. The pistol grip stock allows for rapid target aquisition. When shooting from a bench at 25 yards, it is quite easy to hit a bulls-eye. I find the spring gives a little kick when shooting, and can ruin your shots at far targets.
