General Comments
I must praise the lady "Mary" at www.screwfix.co.uk who dealt with my phone call on 22nd December.
I had ordered an item on-line after seeing it in an advertisement in a woodworking magazine when I realised that the final price (after I had placed my order) was higher than that quoted in the magazine.
I phoned hoping to clarify the situation and see why the price was different.
Mary dealt with my call very efficiently. She found my on-line order just minutes after I had entered it and managed to change the price. Not only did she get the price I had seen the item at but she also gave me a further discount for the problem I had.
The greatest surprise however was that the item as delivered the very next day (Christmas Eve).
Now that is what I call service.
