heats evenly, NOTHING sticks!
I bought one piece to test it out. I loved them soooo much that I now own 4 Scanpan pans. What I like is that there is NO metal on the glass lids, making it great for cleaning. Also there is NO metal on the rim of the pans on the top, as most other brands do have. It is truly a joy to cook. When I cook an egg, I can literally use my fingers to turn the egg, as it is that easy to lift.
My sisters both are ordering scanpans after cooking with mine and without a doubt, these pans are the best out there. I know there are other titanum/ceramic pans out there, but they don't have glass lids, and they do have metal on the ridge, which is a definite drawback because food sticks to that and it will discolor over time.
I feel these pans are un-derpriced for the value and superior performance.
