Made you feel unbelievably welcome. It is a Gold hotel so there are no annoying children!! Staff will go to great lengths to make the stay memorable. Accomodation was fantastic, absolutely spotless. Food was gorgeous, could make a pig of yourself everyday!! Always something for everyone.
Bad Points
Perhaps the pool is a little small, and the hotel not in the best location....but trust me, this will not spoil this amazing holiday!
General Comments
The best holiday I have EVER had (including my holiday in Florida!)There is very little I can say that can fault this place. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty - had our luggage taken to our rooms whilst we were shown to dinner! The food here is amazing - my boyfriend is a very picky eater and he loved it. It's so fresh, you actually watch the chef cook it! The entertainment provided at the hotel by the fantastic Thomson reps was so good we barely left the hotel of an evening. Our rooms were spacious and immaculately clean with wonderful air conditioning that allows you to set the temperature of the room. Staff, including reception, waiters and maids will do anything they can to help you. Little touches like the 'managers cocktail', where you are introduced to staff whilst you enjoy a free cocktail make this holiday all the more memorable. What more can I say?! HIGHLY recommended.
