Lovely free piggy bank.
Poor service.
Have to wait a week to recieve pass book.
I enquired about a children's account at the Lloyds TSB help desk to find two members of staff, confused and franticly looking for a booklet of information to hand me. I was told about the 4.75% interest rate and had to ask about the piggy bank. When I returned with the required ID I had to wait for 15 mins for a member of staff who took over 25 mins to set up the account, it was a freakishly hot day and both me and my daughter were melting (no water offered). Finally she received her horse piggy bank (ah.. lovely) we are still awaiting the passbook. 5/10 (mainly for the Lloyds horse piggybank).
