General Comments

Where can I start with Easyspace www.easyspace.com?
Easyspace 'lost' my web pages. When they finally returned several days later this was the reply I (eventually) got from customer service. Note the absence of any apology.

"The domain was moved from our old server to our new ones over the weekend. However, the IP addresses assigned were incorrect which caused the Web site to disappear. This procedure in unlikely to take place again for quite sometime."

This was the last straw (I've had other problems with them before) so I paid the exorbitant amount (£57.58) to transfer my domain name to another webhosting company. Low and behold they charge me twice! This was the end of March and I still haven't got my money back. I could show you the long list of extremely unhelpful and misleading emails I've had from customer service on this point, but I won't bore you. Suffice to say I've handed it all over to my credit card provider to deal with.
