Good Points
Very informative, very pleasant, happy, good cars, plenty of choice, accepted card payment, emailed me a catalogue - no one else would.
Bad Points
Auctioneer was very quick
General Comments
For a first time experience of the auction environment I was pleasantly shocked at the fantastic range of cars and the professionalism of the staff at BritishCarAuction.com - with auction companies having an "arther daily" reputation, I wasn't particuallarly keen to get a car in this way when I had been used to buying from dealerships.
The staff were very friendly and explained the jargon talk (not that there was much), provided me with a full listings of cars by email (no other company would). I managed to get an excellent value car with no faults, years MOT - although I did have to wait for the log book as it was sent to the DVLA.
Really pleased with the whole experience and I will be back to buy my next car when the time comes.
Well done British Car Auctoins!

I hope that this is a mistake, and all will be revealed.
On 11/14/2014 I arrived at the BCA to buy a car, I won the auction P00000 / lllllll reg: BxxxxxP price: 3800 pounds paid an advance of 500 pounds. (Copy in Annex Page 1)
Between the time I paid for the insurance, and happy I went to the cashier to pay the rest. Were sent back to me 3-4 times for 10-15 minutes because there are problems.
When I finally did, it turned out that the car I have to pay 4400 pounds instead of 3800 plus tax plus tax (copy in Annex Page 2)
I said that I cheated on what I heard that the owner does not accept 3800 and 4400 agreed to that I was cheated and I demand the return of my money.
If you got same probleblem please write here i contact witch you because this is crazy for me
