Fun, funky and fresh!


General Comments

This Davina McCall - The Power Of 3 DVD is really upbeat and positive with Davina just making you want to join in! I have been doing it for a week now, and even though my muscles were on fire for the first few days, I am really starting to see results. I love the fact that they offer you simpler moves if it is getting too tough and the fat burning intervals are really energetic. 10 out of 10!
