Good Points

Good reception because of arial. Brilliant colour It's very reliable Has never once let me down As there isn't much on it there is less to go wrong. It doesn't take long to charge and when it is charged it stays charged for ages. It has brilliant sound quality. And it does it's job.

Bad Points

It doesn't have many games. No internet. You can't get ringtones (other)YET!

General Comments

This phone is a brilliant phone. It's great value for money. It may only have a few extra things but that gives less things to go wrong with it. The only reason people mock this phone is because of street cred. The main thing about a phone is that you can contact people if you want to play games go buy a playstation or a computer or even go on Sky Playjam there are games on there or go to an arcade. If you want to listen to your favorite song instead of getting the ringtone go out and buy the single most of the ringtones sound nothing like the record anyway. Also as the phone has an arial it has better reception and better sound. If you have paid for another phone more fool you as you're only paying for the label. Let's be honest about it ,how often do you hear of Phillips Savvys going wrong opposed to other phones? These phones are very tempremental you drop them once you're in trouble you drop a Savvy it's fine. Forget all your other phones the Phillips Savvy is for YOU!

Couldnt agree more.. Five years ago I bought my other half a old Black Savvy, and it's still going great guns. The only problem we have is that as it stems from the old days when phone companies brought out decent pay as you go deals (this one has a free landline built on the sim) the sim is now locked to the savvy in a desperate attempt by O2 to get us to ditch the phone and move to a decent sim. The other half now has the new sony which i got her for her birthday, but the savvy, is and always will be a permentent fixture with one of us. The interface is wonderfully simple, as mentioned the reception is great, it's never had anything go wrong with it despite being knocked around and battered... It even got lost, in the street, 700 miles away from where we live, and still found its way back to us (the guy who phoned it pushed and held down 5 because that was the hot key he used to phone home... and it worked) A great, solid, reliable phone... Heres to em....

I totally agree with above writers. This was my first phone. I can't bear to part with it, despite buying another type, have now passed savvy onto son.
The features were designed so well, some manufacturers should take a note. Scrolling menu from left to right, you just OK which one you want, so simple. Rarely needed to re-read instruction manual.
Brilliant, just wish they had made it smaller.

Two people in my household have this phone. They both love it. The only thing they hate is you can't get ringtones like everyone else. This phone is great though for a first time on a mobile. It's simple, quick and easy. It's just great.
