General Comments

I have owned my Motorola A1000 for over 1 month now, and was really, really pleased with it, I thought it was the coolest gadget I have ever owned. Until one day, it was acting slow, then it turned off. When it turned back on again, I had no numbers, no photos, no videos, no games. Really annoyed, I use this phone for work and pleasure, I have lost some really good videos of friends and some games that were pretty expensive, not to mention my work contacts. Three were pretty good in saying I can replace my handset no problems, but the shop says that the phone I have is the best that three offer! Still in the process of sorting this out, beware if you have this phone! back up on a daily basis!!
