Bad Points

With all of the family lineages, this book is not intended for those who do not know about Muhammad's life, or the religion of Islam. It is difficult to follow, with all of the names of uncles, aunts, cousins, wives, etc.

Martin Lings, Muhammad: His Life Based on the Earliest Sources: Martin Lings writes a good biography of Muhammad, but aimed towards audiences who already know about his life.
