Good Points

They were good value when I took out the policy.


Bad Points

They were a waste of space when I actually needed them.


General Comments

Devitt DA were good until I tried to make a claim 8 months into my policy. At that point they told me that the insurers had suspended my insurance 2 months into the policy and that I should have had a refund. They then posted me the refund and notification letter they had 'forgotten' to send me. It was only after a lot of phone calls and I pointed out they had issued a new covernote for a change of address 1 month previously that they eventually agreed to cover me for the accident. Needless to say I won't ever be going back to them for insurance.
