It downloaded really fast. Easy to use and understand. Can do a complete novel very well. Gives suggestions for developing the story ideas and the overall structure and the characters.
Not really a bad thing, but it requires you to think and read alot. It doesn't just give you a fill-in-the-blank but explains in detail what the kinds of things you need to do with each part of my story as I write it.
StoryCraft guided me literally through a full novel. It suggested what kind of story I should write based on the general idea of what I wanted to write about. And then it tells you what kinds of things your characters should be doing. And what should be happening at certain steps in your story. Really fun to use. I don't know about other programs, but I'm very happy with this one. I've already used it for about 2 and a half novels. I haven't needed any tech support because it's worked very smoothly.
