Bad Points
Player often seems to be in Cyberspace. Buttons do not function. The only way to regain control is to let the battery discharge.
General Comments
The Dell Pocket DJ is not a subsitute for Apple quality. Bite the bullet and pay Apple's price. You won't be disappointed as you will be with Dell.
