When traveling abroad, I got stuck at the borders when coming back to the US because the STA TRAVEL agent had misspelled my name in all the documents (hence it did not match my passport).
Very sloppy service, and uncoutreous agents at the Tempe, AZ location. Because they deal with young students, they seem to believe that being polite with customers is optional.
It's easier and quicker to find a good deal on the Internet than through STA Travel... and you won't feel treated like dirt!
