Average prices.
Rude and unhelpful staff when dealing with problems. They seemed general ignorant if not taking money from you.
Flux have stopped my NCD although I have not made a claim. They have refused to provide details but are insisting on hiking the premium by £350, which was already £150 higher than the AA, Sainsbury's and Norwich union.
