Good Points

They offer lifetime protection cover which means that if your pet is diagnosed with an illness that requires medication for more than a year, they will continue to pay it.

None.


General Comments

We had to make a couple of claims with Animal Friends Pet Insurance for our dog. The first claim was for Demodex Mange, the second was for referral to a heart specialist and the third was unfortunately for his death. The last two claims were a bit long winded as they lost the original claim forms and the claim took about 3 months, but they did pay out, which is the reason you take insurance out.
I was pleased they paid towards the cost of treatment for the Mange as some insurers will say that this disease is hereditary and will not pay.
