Good Points

After I got the hang of using it I loved it


Bad Points

At first I had trouble clumpy and thick chucks to much on the comb part and you can't wipe it off because the comb is not flexible and the tip of the comb part broke off as I was putting it back in the tube. This was upsetting at this point because I was just getting use to using it and liked it a lot. I have been looking for a number for satisfaction guarantee and can't even get customer service on the net. No phone number no nothing. I guess I have to take it back to the store I bought it from. At least other brands give you a number to call or info on the net.


General Comments

I would of liked to have known that it would take time to get used to Rimmel Extreme Definition. I would of liked to of known that the brush was hard and not flexable which is the reason it broke so easy. It also takes alot to get this mascara off.
