Good Points

Exceptionally helpful enquiry team. I have emailed these people on several occasions and the help they provide is of a high standard. Prices are the best - no other online store can beat it. Preordering titles is ace and they arrive often before the release date, therefore you get the title before your friends. Also, the packaging is very good and you there is no quibble when returning goods for any reason.


Bad Points

I can only think of one but it is bog standard that you have to pay for postage and packing.


General Comments

I had never used BlackStar before, but wanted to preorder the Red Dwarf series one DVD from them. I contacted them regarding compatibility and when I would be charged etc and they were extremely helpful. I have since emailed them regarding many other issues and suggestions for the online shop.

They offer excellent value for money - titles with up to 60% off the price on occasions.

Overall BlackStar is simply the best with a really cool logo.
